"Best products - WORST SERVICE EVER"
Best bib shorts - worst service ever experienced. I purchased EQIP RSR bib shorts Super Leger S9 in June 2022, which were/are fantastic, but after 6 weeks the material on one leg simply split (no unusual stress, always washed per instructions).

Between August and end November I had to continuously push them to give a semblance of Customer Services for warranty/resolution; during which I experienced continuous misinformation "its been sent" - very frustrating. Ultimately I was reduced to pleading for the return - noting to them that they had both payment and now had retained my garment for far longer than I had.

In November after me leading ALL correspondence on this case, I received the returned bibshorts: my original ones - just patched up.

I was not shocked, by this stage my expectations of Assos was pretty low and they just about met my expectations.

Its a shame, as these bibshorts are great, but the customer care is rotten and frustrating. Would I buy from them again - unlikely, Rapha provide the most exceptional customer services and so I can buy from there with complete confidence.

"Do not order throught the ASSOS website"
I ordered a bib mid-November as a Xmas present for my husband. Can you believe that I still did not receive my parcel? Although the quality of the ASSOS clothes is outstanding, the customer service is dreadful. No answer from Assos. I have been debited 140 Euro and got nothing. Bikers friends DO NOT ORDER VIA THE WEBSHOP. Michele

"Wrong delivery and bad answer !!"
Assos creates top cycling products. But their online shopping is extremely bad in delivery. I m living in Brussels (belgium) and they delivered my order in wien (austria). They prétend it s the closest delivery point for me. It s unbelievable to see such a company giving answer like this without checking first !!! Very bad customer experience.....

Broken tri-suit after I've used it only twice. Price about 300 EUR. Forwarded mails. Got the answer that they will look at it. Haven't got a response yet after numorous mails to them. Please respond to my mails.

"By far the best quality cycling…"
By far the best quality cycling clothes. Client services are also excellent. Bought a pair of bib shorts and had an issue with the elastic at the legs;after I've sent some pictures they explained they had issues with that specific model and gave me a credit for the same amount I had paid.

"Bad quality"
I bought my first Cento in 2018. A very good long-distance pant. Unfortunately, the stitching broke after only 2 years (3000 km). Although Assos was not accommodating, I bought a new Cento. Exactly the same thing: after 2 years, the stitching broke again. Assos offered me a stitching service against invoice. I will never go into an Assos shop again.

"Great Customer Service"
Great Customer Service

I was delighted how Fabiano Comoretto helped solve an issue I was having with the transportation company in Ireland. It was ongoing for some time, and he sorted it out very quickly for me. Most importantly, the quality of Assos of Switzerland is incomparable to anything in the cycling marketplace. I can highly recommend them.

Absolutely appalling service for very very expensive clothes that are sometimes good but not always. Rubbish returns policy and dreadful customer care and communication. Never again. Appalling.

"They keep up their end of the deal"
I ordered the wrong size and I the day after I contacted them to ask for a return I had a UPS label to send it back. They also refunded the money in just a couple of days after receiving the return.
I must say they keep up their end of the deal.

"Simply the best."
Simply the best.
The products are not cheap, but they are worth all the money they cost. After experiencing everything else sucks.
The good life is expensive, there are also cheap ones, but they are not lives.

"Dissapointed in ye not having 3/4bibs for women yet you have them for men"
I am a strong woman cyclist. I really cannot find a pair of Assos ladies3/4length cycling bibs. I have the winter bibs and they're amazing the padding for ladies is a just incredible. I have thick thighs and so don't like the short bibs, but please can you make the T. LaalaLai shorts a 3/4length as well, for women like me. Who fell too self conscious in shorts. You are the best brand and yet you are the only brand that do not do 3/4bibs for women.

"Perfect."
Ordered, shipped from Switzerland via TNT Express, updated throughout and received in less than 48hrs.

Good quality, packaged really well and nicely wrapped/presented in the box with each Qhubeka jersey unexpectedly packaged in its own colourful canvas musette.

"No longer justifies the hype"
Not surprised to see how many bad reviews there are here. I have invested thousands in Assos kit over the years, but since they have been bought out by private equity in 2015 they no longer care about looking after their customers. Despite all their hype about quality and "sponsor yourself", I have multiple pairs of shorts that have either worn out early or been damaged in crashes and the fact of the matter is they no longer stand behind their products. I recently had a crash and all my other items were replaced by Castelli and MET at a discount, but Assos refused to do anything to help. Same again with the two pairs of shorts I have that have prematurely worn through on the inside... I have had 3-4 rounds with their "customer service" team, and they haven't even offered as much as a small discount to replace. They genuinely would rather I replace these shorts with another Brand it seems. No wonder they have been losing so much market share.

"I bought a really expensive jacket for…"
I bought a really expensive jacket for my husband for Christmas and it was delivered on 20 November. I ordered early as i though it might take time getting from Switzerland. It was a surprise and I thought that if it didn't fit i could easily return. However when i put in a request for a bigger size just after Christmas they said as it was over the 30 day return period they wouldn't even exchange. Terrible customer service-don't buy from this company.

"Surprised at the bad reviews here"
Surprised at the bad reviews here. Have a number of their cycling clothing products (jerseys, jackets, windbreaker, shorts and tights) and they have lasted me years and are still going strong. Particularly great in the winter. Brilliant online service too, absolutely no complaints
