I tried to update my account details and it was way more annoying than it needed to be. I don’t have much patience for stuff like that, so I got frustrated quickly. Support did end up fixing it eventually, but I wish it had just worked the first time

To be fair, the item itself seems nice, but the sizing definitely runs small. I’d recommend ordering a size up if you’re between sizes or want a more comfortable fit...

I usually manage to find the sizes I need on assos.com, which is nice because that’s not always the case with some brands. A couple of the more popular items were sold out when I first looked, so that was a little annoying, but then they showed up again later. So, not perfect, I guess, but overall the stock is decent and buying is easy enough

I grabbed a pair of bib shorts from assos they feel really good. Like, annoyingly good. I was ready to be picky about them, but the comfort is definitely a step up from the cheaper pairs I’ve used before. Then I remembered how much I paid and my mood changed real quick. They’re not exactly a bargain, but you can tell the quality is there. Shipping was totally fine too, no drama. Overall, I’d give them 4 stars.

I ordered some bib shorts from assos.com, the checkout was smooth and painless. I was in a decent mood after placing the order, but the shipping kind of dampened it a bit. It took longer than I expected, and the tracking just sat there without updates for a few days, which got a little irritating because I kept having to check it myself. The package did show up in good condition, so I can’t really complain too much there. I just wish the delivery updates were clearer and the shipping was a bit quicker, especially for the price.

I had to wait a bit, but fixed it support did in the end. Not super fast, but it worked out okay

I ordered bib shorts from ASSOS they’re not bad. The pad is comfortable on longer rides and I didn’t have much rubbing, which is definitely a plus. But the fit was tighter than I expected, and after a couple hours the straps started digging into my shoulders enough to get annoying. Shipping was fine, so no complaint there. I guess I just expected more for the price. They’re okay, but not amazing, and it kind of made me lose some trust in all the big claims around this brand.

The box showed up super tidy and clean, no issues at aaall. Happy with how it arrived!

I’ll admit, these bib shorts actually perform really well. They’re comfortable on rides and feel like they’re made properly. I just wish they weren’t quite so expensive, because the price is a bit hard for me to get over. Still, I can’t really complain about how they work.

I bought these bib shorts based on the sizing and fabric info listed on the page, but what showed up was not the same at all. When I contacted support, they basically just sent me back to the same page like that explained anything. Annoying tbh, I defintely won’t be trusting the specs next time.
